About the course
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) is a nondestructive testing (NDT) method of inspecting materials for flaws using soundwaves that can be electronically steered, swept, scanned, and focused.
During the classroom training students will learn the skills to accurately size flaws using Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT). The course covers discontinuities commonly found with Phased Array inspection and reviews advanced scan planning and advanced flaw sizing. Classroom and practical application ensure that all students complete the course with the complete understanding of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing.
Advanced Phased Array Flaw Sizing course allows students who wish to obtain classroom training to further their knowledge and gain confidence when sizing any flaw.
